Event Merchandise
As part of your Hathersage Hurtle entry, you have the chance to purchase exclusive merchandise to commemorate the event. Here’s everything you need to know about what’s available and how to order.
T-Shirt – £15
Our t-shirts are soft, durable, and perfect for trail running or casual wear. This year we have a fabulous T-shirt in purple with our signature logo — a fantastic way to remember your Hurtle experience.
Snood – £10
Practical and versatile, these lightweight snoods are great for keeping warm, protecting from the sun, or adding a splash of colour to your kit. These are available to purchase on the day only. This year’s design is in purple, and we will also have some from previous years for sale.

T-Shirt Orders and Cancellations
Order Deadline: Orders must be completed by 28th March 2026 and ideally at the time of entry.
Adding a T-Shirt Post-Entry: If you’ve already entered but wish to order additional t-shirts, you can do so here:
Order Additional T-Shirts
T-shirt orders must be complete before 28th March 2026.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations can be managed via the Fabian4 system from your entry details page.
Before 28th March 2026: you are entitled to a 100% refund on your t-shirt order.
After 28th March 2026: no refund is available on t-shirts.
If you cancel your event entry, by default all t-shirt orders are also cancelled. If you still wish to collect your t-shirt on the day, you must amend the cancellation options to include the number of t-shirts originally ordered.
Cancelled t-shirt orders will be donated to the event for resale on the day.
On-the-Day Purchases
T-shirts and snoods will also be available for purchase at the event, but stock may be limited. To ensure you don’t miss out, we recommend ordering in advance.
